2011 Registration Certificate

The packaging listed in this document has been registered with Dansk Retursystem A/S and may be sold, supplied or otherwise marketed in Denmark

The registration certificate has been issued in accordance with the Danish Environmental Protection Agency Statutory Order no. 1129 of 27 September 2010 covering the deposits payable on, and collection of, packaging for certain drink products.

Please note the following:

A valid registration certificate, or a copy thereof, must always accompany any packaging imported into Denmark covered by the certificate.

The validity of the registration certificate is subject to the fact that the marking on the packaging conforms at all times to the requirements laid down in the Statutory Order. Dansk Retursystem A/S reserves the right to require changes to the marking on the packaging, notwithstanding that changes are made after a certificate has been issued.

Similarly, in the event of problems with the refunding of deposits, Dansk Retursystem A/S reserves the right to require changes to the positioning of the deposit mark, deposit code, and EAN barcode.

Individual items of packaging may be registered on the basis of a temporary dispensation/ruling. Any such dispensation/ruling may expire before the end of the calendar year stated when registering the packaging. Please contact Dansk Retursystem A/S for further information concerning a dispensation/ruling.

The relevant fees may be viewed at www.dansk-retursystem.dk. Dansk Retursystem A/S reserves the right to calculate a new fee for packaging which, on account of its weight, volume, composition of materials, or other attributes, is not covered by an existing fee.

If packaging contains PVC, this should be stated when registering the packaging.
